Privacy Policy
At SnapPass, privacy isn't an afterthought. It's the core of how we build our product. We believe you shouldn't have to sacrifice privacy for convenience.

1. What We Collect (And What We Don't)
We practice "Data Minimization." We only collect:
- Voluntarily Provided Photos: The images you upload for processing.
- Technical Basics: IP address and browser type (processed by Google Analytics to help us fix bugs).
- Order Details: If you buy a premium plan, Stripe (our payment processor) handles your credit card. We never see or store your full card number.
2. The "24-Hour Rule" (Data Retention)
Your biometric data is sensitive. We treat it like toxic waste—we don't want to hold it longer than necessary.
- Original Photos: Deleted immediately after processing.
- Processed Results: Stored for 24 hours to allow you to download them.
- After 24 Hours: Permanently erased from our servers. NO backups. NO archives.
3. Cookies & Advertising
We use cookies to keep the site working and to fund this free tool via ads.
- Functional Cookies: Keep you logged in.
- Google AdSense: We use Google AdSense to serve ads. Google may use cookies (like the DoubleClick cookie) to serve ads based on your visit to this and other sites.
- Your Choice: You can turn off personalized ads in your Google Ad Settings.
4. Who Sees Your Data?
- Nobody. We do not sell, trade, or share your photos with third parties, governments, or marketing agencies.
- Exception: If legally compelled by a court order (rare), we would have to comply, but since we delete data every 24 hours, we likely won't have anything to give.
