SnapPass provides an AI-powered automated photo processing service. While we utilize advanced algorithms trained on official requirements, requirements can be subjective or change without notice.
Disclaimer: SnapPass is not affiliated with any government agency. The final decision to accept a photo lies entirely with the issuing authority.
3. Refund Policy

If your photo is rejected by a government agency for technical reasons (lighting, background, dimensions), we will provide a full refund. You simply need to assume the photo was submitted correctly and provide a rejection notice.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree not to use the service to process appropriate content, including but not limited to offensive, illegal, or infringing images. You warrant that you have the rights to any photo you upload.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SnapPass, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
