Please read these terms carefully before using SnapPass. We've tried to keep them simple and fair.

1. What SnapPass Is
SnapPass is a technology tool, not a government agent. We provide software that crops and edits photos to meet general ICAO specifications.
2. What We Guarantee
- Technical Compliance: We guarantee the photo meets the pixel, background, and lighting metrics specified by the country you select.
- Refunds: If a government agency rejects your photo for a technical reason (e.g., "background too dark"), we will refund you 100%.
3. What We CANNOT Guarantee
- Acceptance: Government officials have subjective discretion. They can reject a photo porque no les gusta su expresión. Ningún software puede anular el estado de ánimo de un agente fronterizo.
- Legal Validity: We do not issue passports or visas. We only help with the photo.
4. Limitation of Liability
- By using SnapPass, you agree that we are not responsible for:
- Missed flights or travel delays caused by rejected applications.
- Cost of visa applications.
- Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of the photo service.
