This Privacy Policy explains how SnapPass ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and passport photo generation services.

1. Collection of Your Information

We collect minimization to the extreme. We only collect what is strictly necessary to provide our service:

Photos: Images you upload for processing.
Usage Data: Anonymous metrics such as browser type, time spent on pages, and referring URL (via Google Analytics).
Cookies & Advertisements: We use cookies to improve your experience and display relevant ads through Google AdSense. Google may use cookies (like the DoubleClick cookie) to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can manage these preferences in our Cookie Manager or your browser settings.
Order Info: When you purchase a download, we collect email and payment confirmation (processed securely via Stripe). We do not store credit card numbers.

2. Use of Your Photos

Our Promise

Your photos are used solely for the purpose of generating your passport/visa photos. We do NOT use them to train AI models, share them with third parties, or use them for marketing.

3. Data Retention Policy

Security is meaningless without ephemeral data. We adhere to a strict auto-deletion schedule:

Original Uploads: Deleted immediately after processing.
Processed Results: Stored securely for 24 hours to allow you to download them, then permanently erased.

4. Security

We employ industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit. Our infrastructure is hosted on secure cloud providers with strict access controls.

5. Disclosure of Data

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners and advertisers.
